Natural wine is a bit like Bolinas— it withholds a certain mysticism, a protective and deep rooted reverence for the land, it can be raw and unadulterated, sometimes a little weird and funky, but it is unique and magical and undoubtedly will grow on you in ways that make it impossible to return to a world you once knew.
